Information we process

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes limited technical information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies, and we do not maintain separate website visitor logs.

StayDay uses Sentry solely for crash and error reporting. Sentry processes limited diagnostic information, such as error details, app and device information, and potentially an IP address. We use this information only to identify and fix technical problems.

StayDay does not use advertising or usage analytics. We do not sell personal data or use automated decision-making.

If you contact us, we use the information you provide only to respond to your request.

Purpose and legal basis

We process technical information based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our interests are operating a secure and reliable website and identifying and fixing problems in StayDay.

Service providers and transfers

We use Cloudflare for website hosting and Sentry for crash reporting.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected using recognised safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Crash reports are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Saltmoss does not retain separate website visitor logs. Information provided when contacting us is kept only for as long as needed to handle the request or meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing and, where applicable, request data portability. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
